Day 1
Stop Building Alone
60-minute interactive session
Most business advice focuses on what you should do next. Post more. Build a funnel. Create another offer. Get more followers.
We're going to start somewhere different: Who do you need around you?
We'll look at the different people who can help a business grow, from buyers and collaborators to connectors, champions, complementary experts, and people with access to communities you want to serve.
You'll also identify what YOU bring to the ecosystem. Because CONNECTION isn't about finding people who can do something for you. It's about discovering what becomes possible when we stop trying to do everything alone.
Day 2
Who's Missing?
30-minute working session
Time to map your ecosystem. Who else SERVES the people you serve? EDUCATES them? GATHERS them? INFLUENCES them? Already has their TRUST? Has ACCESS to communities you'd love to reach?
You'll work with other participants to uncover relationships and categories you may never have considered.
Your goal: Identify at least three people you'd like to know better.
Day 3
Make Your 20% Count
60-minute interactive session
Meeting the right person doesn't matter much if you don't know how to have the right conversation.
Introducing The 80/20 CONNECTION Rule: Aim to listen 80%. Talk 20%. Then make your 20% count.
We'll explore how to ASK, EXPLORE, REFLECT, and INVITE so your conversations aren't about waiting for your turn to talk or searching for the earliest possible opening to pitch. They're about understanding the person in front of you.
You'll watch Clarissa demonstrate a real CONNECTION conversation live, and then you'll practice it yourself.
Because people don't buy because they know, like, and trust you. People buy because they feel seen, heard, and understood. And that applies to far more than sales. It applies to networking. Referrals. Collaborations. Partnerships. And relationships.
Day 4
Spot the Opportunity
30-minute working session
Every great conversation does not need to end in a sale. Sometimes the opportunity is a referral. An introduction. A resource. A speaking opportunity. A collaboration. A follow-up conversation. A strategic relationship.
Or sometimes there isn't an opportunity right now. And that's okay too.
You'll look at the relationships you've uncovered and identify three CONNECTION opportunities worth exploring, without forcing them into something they're not.
Day 5
Make the Move
60-minute live Action Lab
No big final presentation. No giant stack of homework. We're doing it.
You'll choose your strongest CONNECTION opportunities and identify the next right move for each. Then you'll use a simple framework to reach out with Context, Connection, Curiosity.
And before we leave? You're going to hit SEND.
Send the email. Send the DM. Make the introduction. Schedule the conversation. Plant the CONNECTION seed.
Because inspiration is nice. Action changes things.
