Is it really only 4 hours?+
Across five days, yes. Three anchor sessions at 60 minutes, two labs at 30 minutes. You can attend everything or catch a lab on replay.
What if I miss a day?+
Every session is on replay for 48 hours. You will not fall behind, because the continuity lives in the Growth Map rather than in attendance.
Do I need to prepare anything?+
No. No pre-work, ever. The only exception is the four short questions VIPs answer before their Audit.
